<p>The Control Schedule process is one of the ten processes grouped under the Monitoring and Controlling Process group. The Control Schedule process is the process of monitoring the status of the project to update project progress. It is also the process of managing changes to the schedule baseline.</p>

<p>There are four inputs in the Control Schedule process:</p>
