Plan Risk Responses

The Plan Risk Responses is the last of the five risk related processes defined in the Planning process group. After the Qualitative and Quantitative risk analysis, the Plan Risk Responses process is occurred. This is the process of developing options and actions to enhance opportunities. This in turn reduces threats to the project objectives.

Inputs

There are only two inputs for the Plan Risk Responses process:

  • Risk register
  • Risk management plan

Outputs

There are the following four outputs for the Plan Risk Responses process:

  • Risk register updates
  • Risk-related contract decisions
  • Project management plan updates
  • Project document updates
