Plan Risk Management

Each and every project has a risk factor involved. Well defined and planned risk management enables Project Managers to tackle those risks efficiently and in timely manner. The Plan Risk Management is the process of defining how to conduct risk management activities for a project.

Inputs

There are six inputs for the Plan Risk Management process:

  • Project scope statement
  • Cost management plan
  • Schedule management plan
  • Communications management plan
  • Enterprise environmental factors
  • Organizational process assets

Outputs

The only output of this process is the Risk management plan.
