Perform Quality Assurance

The Perform Quality Assurance is an important process of the Executing Process group. This process ensures that appropriate quality standards and operational definitions are used. In this process, auditing of the quality requirements and the results from quality control measurements are performed.

Inputs

There are four inputs in the Perform Quality Assurance process:

  • Project management plan
  • Quality metrics
  • Work performance information
  • Quality control measurements

Outputs

There are four outputs in the Perform Quality Assurance process:

  • Organizational process assets updates
  • Change requests
  • Project management plan updates
  • Project document updates
