Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis

The Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis is one of the twenty processes defined under the Planning process group. In this process risks are prioritized for further analysis and action. This is done by assessing and combining their probability of occurrence and impact.

Inputs

There are four inputs for the Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis:

  • Risk register
  • Risk management plan
  • Project scope statement
  • Organizational process assets

Outputs

The only output of this process is the Risk register updates.
