Perform Integrated Change Control
The Perform Integrated Change Control process is one of the ten processes defined under the Monitoring and Controlling Process group. During the Perform Integrated Change Control process the following actions are performed:
- Reviewing of all change requests
- Approving changes
- Managing changes to the deliverables, Organizational process assets, Project documents, and the Project management plan
