Perform Integrated Change Control

The Perform Integrated Change Control process is one of the ten processes defined under the Monitoring and Controlling Process group. During the Perform Integrated Change Control process the following actions are performed:

  • Reviewing of all change requests
  • Approving changes
  • Managing changes to the deliverables, Organizational process assets, Project documents, and the Project management plan

Inputs

There are the following five inputs in the Perform Integrated Change Control process:

  • Project management plan
  • Work performance information
  • Change requests
  • Enterprise environmental factors
  • Organizational process assets

Outputs

There are the following three outputs in the Perform Integrated Change Control process:

  • Change requests status updates
  • Project management plan
  • Project document updates
