Manage Stakeholder Expectations

The Manage Stakeholder Expectations process is one of the eight processes defined under the Executing Process group. The Manage Stakeholder Expectations process is the process of communicating and working with stakeholders to meet their needs and addressing issues as they occur.

Inputs

There are six inputs in the Manage Stakeholder Expectations process:

  • Stakeholder register
  • Stakeholder management strategy
  • Project management plan
  • Issue log
  • Change log
  • Organizational process assets

Outputs

There are four outputs in the Manage Stakeholder Expectations process:

  • Organizational process assets updates
  • Change requests
  • Project management plan updates
  • Project document updates
