The Manage Project Team process is one of the important processes out of eight processes in the Executing Process group. It also shows one of the prime qualities of a Project Manager of managing a team. This is the process of tracking team member performance, providing feedback, resolving issues, and managing changes to optimize project performance.

The Manage Project Team process has four outputs:
