Develop Project Charter is the process of developing a document that formally authorizes a project or phase. It also authorizes documenting initial requirements that satisfy the stakeholder’s needs and expectation. The Project Charter is the only output of this process. The inputs of this process are as follows:

  • Project Statement of work
  • Business case
  • Contract
  • Enterprise environmental factors
  • Organizational process assets
