Develop Human Resource Plan
This is one of the important processes in which project roles, responsibilities, skills of team and individual involved in the project is identified and documented. The process also involves the identifying and documenting reporting relationships, and creating a staffing management plan.

There are three inputs in this process:

- Enterprise environmental factors
- Organizational process assets
Outputs
The only output of this process is Human resource plan.
